By accessing or using CSTRADEUP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
Steam Login: To access certain features of CSTRADEUP, including viewing input skins for trade up contracts, you must log in using your Steam account. By using your Steam account to log in, you authorize us to access and use certain Steam account information, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Trade Up Contracts: CSTRADEUP provides calculated trade up contracts for CS2 skins. Our unique algorithm analyzes available skins and market trends to offer profitable trade up opportunities.
Algorithm and Outcomes: The outcomes of the trade up contracts are computed by our private algorithm, which is based on current market data. The algorithm categorizes outcomes by skin and displays the top 4 most profitable options. Users can view the input skins required for these outcomes, subject to certain access requirements.
Terminal and Giveaways: In addition to trade up analysis, CSTRADEUP offers a Terminal feature where users may spend Tickets for a chance to receive CS2 skins through instant drops, as well as a Giveaway feature where users may enter timed drawings for CS2 skins using Tickets. Both features are free-to-participate promotional programs, as Tickets carry no monetary value and are earned at no cost. These features are described in detail in Sections 7 and 8 below.
Trade-Up Cashback: CSTRADEUP also offers a Trade-Up Cashback program through which users may earn Tickets by verifying trade-up contracts they have crafted in CS2. Eligible trade-ups are verified via the official CSTRADEUP Chrome extension using cryptographic methods. This program is described in detail in Section 9 below.
Skin Prices and Accuracy: We strive to provide the most up-to-date and accurate skin prices, but please be aware that prices are calculated through a scheduled process and can be up to one week outdated. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of price information.
Price Information: The prices of skins displayed on CSTRADEUP are calculated regularly through automated processes. However, due to market fluctuations and data processing times, these prices may be up to one week outdated.
No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we endeavor to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any price data or other information provided on our site.
Minimum Age: You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to create an account, access, or use CSTRADEUP and its services, including the Ticket, Terminal, and Giveaway systems described herein. By using CSTRADEUP, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Parental Responsibility: If you are between thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to request proof of age or parental consent at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
Compliance with Applicable Law: We comply with applicable child protection laws, including but not limited to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
CSTRADEUP operates a Ticket system as a free, voluntary reward incentive program. Tickets are a virtual, non-monetary unit of engagement within the CSTRADEUP platform. By participating in the Ticket system, you agree to the following terms:
6.1 Nature of Tickets
Tickets are digital tokens provided at no cost and carry no monetary or cash value whatsoever. Tickets are not currency, securities, commodities, or any form of financial instrument. Tickets do not represent any ownership interest, equity, debt, or other financial claim against CSTRADEUP or any third party. Tickets are purely a measure of engagement and participation within the platform.
6.2 Earning Tickets
Users may earn Tickets through the following free methods:
Tickets are never required to be purchased. No payment of any kind is required to earn or receive Tickets.
6.3 Use of Tickets
Tickets may be used exclusively within the CSTRADEUP platform for the following purposes:
There are no other authorized uses for Tickets.
6.4 Non-Transferability and Restrictions
Tickets are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, barter, gift, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of Tickets to any other person or account, whether for monetary consideration or otherwise. Any attempt to transfer Tickets outside of their intended use within the platform is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of all Tickets.
Tickets may not be redeemed for cash, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any form of monetary value. Tickets have no value outside of the CSTRADEUP platform.
6.5 No Property Rights
Tickets are licensed to you, not sold or given. You do not own Tickets. CSTRADEUP retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Ticket system and all Tickets issued. Your right to use Tickets is a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license granted under these Terms. CSTRADEUP may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any aspect of the Ticket system, including Ticket earning rates, redemption values, or the availability of features that accept Tickets, at any time and without prior notice or liability.
6.6 Forfeiture and Expiration
CSTRADEUP reserves the right to forfeit, void, or reset Ticket balances in the event of: (a) a violation of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the Ticket system; (c) account inactivity exceeding a period determined by CSTRADEUP at its discretion; or (d) termination or suspension of your account. CSTRADEUP may introduce expiration policies for Tickets at any time upon notice.
6.7 Program Modifications
The Ticket reward incentive program is offered at the sole discretion of CSTRADEUP. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ticket system, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice to users. Such changes may include, without limitation, altering earning rates, adjusting redemption costs, adding or removing features, or discontinuing the program entirely. No prior Ticket balance or earning rate creates any vested right or entitlement.
The Terminal is a feature within CSTRADEUP where users may spend Tickets for a chance to receive CS2 skins. By using the Terminal, you agree to the following:
7.1 How the Terminal Works
The Terminal displays a catalog of CS2 skins, each with an associated Ticket cost and win probability. When a user initiates a "spin" on a Terminal item, a random outcome is generated. If the outcome falls within the item's win probability, the user wins the item. Otherwise, the Tickets spent on that spin are consumed and no item is awarded.
7.2 No Guarantee of Winning
Each Terminal spin is an independent random event. The displayed win probability represents the statistical chance of winning on each individual spin. Past spins do not influence future outcomes. There is no guarantee that any user will win any item, regardless of the number of spins performed or Tickets spent. CSTRADEUP makes no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood of winning.
7.3 No Monetary Consideration
Because Tickets are earned entirely for free and carry no monetary value, participation in the Terminal does not constitute gambling, wagering, a lottery, or any form of paid game of chance under applicable law. No purchase or payment is necessary to earn Tickets or to use the Terminal. The Terminal is a free-to-participate promotional feature.
7.4 Item Delivery and Claims
If you win a Terminal item, the item will appear as a pending claim on your account. Delivery of won items is subject to administrative processing and may require a valid Steam trade URL. CSTRADEUP reserves the right to cancel or void any pending claim if: (a) the win was obtained through exploitation, fraud, or abuse; (b) the item is no longer available due to inventory discrepancies; or (c) the user's account is in violation of these Terms. CSTRADEUP shall not be liable for any delays or failures in delivering won items.
7.5 Item Availability and Stock
Terminal items are offered subject to availability. Items may go out of stock at any time and without prior notice. CSTRADEUP does not guarantee that any particular item will remain available or be restocked. The catalog of available items, their Ticket costs, and win probabilities may be changed at any time at CSTRADEUP's sole discretion.
7.6 Item Value Disclaimer
Any market prices or estimated values displayed alongside Terminal items are provided for informational purposes only and are based on third-party data that may be outdated or inaccurate. CSTRADEUP does not guarantee the accuracy of any stated item values and shall not be liable for discrepancies between displayed and actual market prices at the time of delivery.
7.7 Anti-Abuse Measures
CSTRADEUP employs technical measures to prevent abuse of the Terminal system, including but not limited to spin cooldowns, rate limiting, and automated fraud detection. Users who attempt to circumvent these measures, use automated tools or bots, exploit bugs or vulnerabilities, or otherwise manipulate the Terminal system may have their accounts suspended or terminated and all Tickets and pending claims forfeited.
The Giveaway feature within CSTRADEUP allows users to spend Tickets to enter drawings for a chance to win CS2 skins. By participating in any Giveaway, you agree to the following:
8.1 How Giveaways Work
CSTRADEUP may, from time to time, offer Giveaways featuring specific CS2 skins. Each Giveaway has a designated entry period, during which users may spend Tickets to purchase entries into the drawing. At the end of the entry period, a single winner is selected at random from the pool of all entries. The winning entry receives the featured item, subject to the claim and delivery processes described herein.
8.2 Entries and Odds
Each Giveaway entry costs a specified number of Tickets. Users may purchase multiple entries into a single Giveaway, up to any per-user maximum established by CSTRADEUP. Your probability of winning is proportional to the number of entries you hold relative to the total entry pool (i.e., your entries divided by total entries). Displayed odds are estimates and may fluctuate as additional users enter the drawing. CSTRADEUP does not guarantee the accuracy of projected odds at any point prior to the drawing.
8.3 No Guarantee of Winning
Each Giveaway drawing is a single random event. There is no guarantee that you will win any Giveaway, regardless of the number of entries purchased or the proportion of entries you hold. Past participation does not influence future outcomes. CSTRADEUP makes no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood of winning.
8.4 No Monetary Consideration
Because Tickets are earned entirely for free and carry no monetary value, participation in Giveaways does not constitute gambling, wagering, a lottery, or any form of paid game of chance under applicable law. No purchase or payment is necessary to earn Tickets or to enter Giveaways. Giveaways are a free-to-participate promotional feature.
8.5 Drawing and Winner Selection
Winners are determined by a random selection process executed at or after the conclusion of the designated entry period. CSTRADEUP reserves the right to delay a drawing for operational or technical reasons. If a Giveaway does not meet a minimum entry threshold (if applicable), CSTRADEUP may, at its sole discretion, cancel the Giveaway and refund all Tickets spent on entries.
8.6 Item Delivery and Claims
If you win a Giveaway, the item will appear as a pending claim on your account. Delivery of won items is subject to the same terms as Terminal winnings described in Section 7.4 above, including the requirement for a valid Steam trade URL. CSTRADEUP reserves the right to cancel or void any pending Giveaway claim if: (a) the win was obtained through exploitation, fraud, or abuse; (b) the item is no longer available due to inventory discrepancies; or (c) the user's account is in violation of these Terms. CSTRADEUP shall not be liable for any delays or failures in delivering Giveaway winnings.
8.7 Giveaway Availability and Modifications
Giveaways are offered at the sole discretion of CSTRADEUP. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, suspend, or discontinue any Giveaway at any time, with or without notice. This includes, without limitation, changing entry costs, item availability, per-user entry limits, drawing times, or any other Giveaway parameter. In the event of a Giveaway cancellation, CSTRADEUP may, but is not obligated to, refund Tickets spent on entries for the cancelled Giveaway.
8.8 Anti-Abuse Measures
CSTRADEUP employs technical measures to prevent abuse of the Giveaway system, including but not limited to per-user entry limits, rate limiting, and automated fraud detection. Users who attempt to manipulate the Giveaway system — including through the use of multiple accounts, automated tools, bots, exploitation of bugs or vulnerabilities, or any other unauthorized means — may have their accounts suspended or terminated and all Tickets, entries, and pending claims forfeited.
CSTRADEUP offers a Trade-Up Cashback program that rewards users with Tickets for trade-up contracts they have crafted in CS2. By participating in the Trade-Up Cashback program, you agree to the following:
9.1 How Trade-Up Cashback Works
The Trade-Up Cashback program allows users to earn Tickets by syncing and verifying their CS2 trade-up history through the official CSTRADEUP Chrome extension. Once a trade-up contract is synced and cryptographically verified, the user may claim a Ticket reward based on the output rarity tier of that trade-up. Users must manually claim each eligible trade-up from their Trade-Up History page.
9.2 Eligibility
Only trade-up contracts crafted on or after the date the user first created an account and joined the CSTRADEUP community are eligible for cashback rewards. Trade-up contracts crafted prior to the user's registration date are not eligible, regardless of when syncing occurs. CSTRADEUP reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
9.3 Cashback Reward Tiers
The number of Tickets awarded per verified trade-up contract is determined by the output skin's rarity tier, as follows:
CSTRADEUP reserves the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue these reward tiers at any time, with or without notice.
9.4 Verification and the Chrome Extension
Trade-up contracts must be verified through the official CSTRADEUP Chrome extension. The extension syncs trade-up history data from the user's CS2 account and submits it to CSTRADEUP for cryptographic verification. Each trade-up is verified to ensure its authenticity and to prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims. CSTRADEUP is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party browsers or browser environments that may affect the functionality of the Chrome extension.
9.5 Claiming Cashback Rewards
Verified trade-ups appear as claimable items in the user's Trade-Up History. Users must manually claim each eligible trade-up to receive the associated Ticket reward. Unclaimed rewards do not expire under current terms, but CSTRADEUP reserves the right to introduce expiration policies at any time upon notice.
9.6 No Monetary Value
Tickets earned through the Trade-Up Cashback program carry no monetary or cash value and are subject to all terms and conditions governing Tickets as described in Section 6 of these Terms. Trade-Up Cashback rewards do not constitute compensation, refunds, or payments of any kind.
9.7 Anti-Abuse Measures
CSTRADEUP employs technical and cryptographic measures to prevent abuse of the Trade-Up Cashback program, including but not limited to duplicate claim detection, rate limiting, and automated fraud detection. Users who attempt to submit fabricated, altered, or duplicate trade-up data, use unauthorized tools or modified browser extensions, exploit bugs or vulnerabilities, or otherwise manipulate the Trade-Up Cashback system may have their accounts suspended or terminated and all Tickets and pending claims forfeited.
9.8 Program Modifications
The Trade-Up Cashback program is offered at the sole discretion of CSTRADEUP. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Such changes may include, without limitation, altering reward tiers, modifying eligibility criteria, changing the verification process, or discontinuing the program entirely. No prior cashback balance or reward tier creates any vested right or entitlement.
Compliance with Terms: By using CSTRADEUP, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Uses: Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that:
Ownership of Content: All content on CSTRADEUP, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the proprietary algorithm, is the intellectual property of CSTRADEUP or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Restrictions on Use: Users may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any content from CSTRADEUP without express written permission from us.
Disclaimer of Warranties: CSTRADEUP is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither CSTRADEUP nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or service providers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; (iv) the loss, expiration, forfeiture, or modification of Tickets or Ticket balances; (v) the modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Ticket system, Terminal, Giveaway system, Trade-Up Cashback program, or any related feature; (vi) any failure or delay in delivering Terminal or Giveaway winnings; (vii) the cancellation of any Giveaway or the forfeiture of Giveaway entries; (viii) any discrepancy between displayed item values and actual market prices; or (ix) the modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Trade-Up Cashback program, including changes to eligibility criteria, reward tiers, or verification processes.
Ticket, Terminal, Giveaway, and Trade-Up Cashback Disclaimer: Participation in the Ticket system, Terminal, Giveaway, and Trade-Up Cashback features is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. CSTRADEUP does not guarantee the availability, continuity, or outcome of the Ticket system, Terminal, any Giveaway, or the Trade-Up Cashback program. Tickets have no monetary value, and the loss of Tickets — whether through spending, forfeiture, expiration, system modification, or account termination — does not constitute a financial loss or give rise to any claim for compensation. By participating, you acknowledge and accept that outcomes in the Terminal and Giveaways are determined by random chance and that you may receive no items regardless of the number of Tickets spent or Giveaway entries purchased.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CSTRADEUP, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) your use of or participation in the Ticket system, Terminal, Giveaway, or Trade-Up Cashback features; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Responsible Behavior: All users are expected to act responsibly and ethically while using CSTRADEUP. Any form of cheating, abusive behavior, or fraud is strictly prohibited.
Consequences of Violation: Violation of these conduct guidelines may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to our services, forfeiture of all Tickets, pending Terminal claims, pending Giveaway entries and claims, and pending Trade-Up Cashback rewards, and any other remedies available at law, at our sole discretion.
Right to Terminate Access: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
Effect on Tickets: Upon termination or suspension of your account, all Tickets in your balance, any pending Ticket Bucket accumulations, any pending Terminal claims, any pending Giveaway entries and claims, and any pending Trade-Up Cashback rewards may be permanently forfeited at CSTRADEUP's sole discretion. You shall have no right to compensation or restitution for any forfeited Tickets, entries, claims, or cashback rewards. Termination of your account does not create any obligation on the part of CSTRADEUP to preserve, transfer, or refund Tickets, Giveaway entries, Trade-Up Cashback rewards, or any associated claims.
Updates and Modifications: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Acceptance of Changes: Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CSTRADEUP regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
Commencement: These Terms are effective as of March 24, 2026 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. These Terms supersede and replace the previous Terms of Service dated March 22, 2026.
