We built the toolset we wished existed for CS2 trade-ups.
CSTRADEUP is a free, independent platform that indexes skin prices and float values from multiple marketplaces, calculates every possible trade-up outcome, and tells you which contracts are actually worth doing. No account required. No hidden tiers.
How it works
We continuously pull live skin prices and float values from Steam, CSFloat, DMarket, CS.Money, TradeIt.gg, Waxpeer, ShadowPay, Lis-Skins, Market.CSGO, HaloSkins, and SkinSwap. Prices are tracked per wear condition and per float bucket — because a 0.15 Field-Tested and a 0.37 Field-Tested are different prices, and they produce different trade-up results.
On top of this data, the platform calculates every viable trade-up contract: input costs, float normalization, collection-weighted outcome probabilities, expected output value after fees, and a composite score that ranks contracts by profitability. As prices move, contracts are re-ranked in real time.
What you can do
See what’s profitable right now. Pre-computed contracts, filtered by rarity, ranked by expected value.
Pick up to 10 input skins and see every possible outcome with its probability and profit.
A genetic algorithm searches through skin combinations — from the market index or mixed with your own inventory — and returns the highest-scoring contract for your budget and constraints.
Find a particular input skin at the right float value and price across all eleven marketplaces.
The TUMI (Trade-Up Market Index) is a composite gauge that tracks overall trade-up profitability over time, alongside marketplace distribution and trending skins.
Browse the full weapons and collections databases with multi-marketplace pricing, price history, and float data per skin.
Chrome extension
For long-time traders, the open-source Chrome extension syncs your Steam inventory — including Storage Units — and gives you a full portfolio view: P&L per skin, ROI, cost basis, allocation, and valuation over time. It also tracks your trade-up history with cumulative profit charts, win rates, and rarity breakdowns.
The extension is MIT-licensed and the source is on GitHub.
How it stays free
Affiliate links with skin marketplaces. When you buy a skin through one of our links, the marketplace pays a referral fee. The tools work the same whether you use an affiliate link or not. No subscriptions, no ads, no paid tiers. Solo project, low overhead.
What CSTRADEUP is not
Not a marketplace — no skins are bought, sold, or traded here.
No deposits — we never ask for your skins or money.
No rigged rankings — trade up scores are algorithmic, no marketplace is boosted.
